What we treat - Mesa Physical Therapy San Diego

For over 25 years, Mesa Physical Therapy has been an expert health care resource and a professional clinical partner for both San Diego doctors and patients. We specialize in treating a wide variety of conditions that affect the musculoskeletal system.

Our services include physical therapy, occupational & hand therapy performed by a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and orthotics.

We've also introduced a new Senior Exercise program we've called "Mesa Fitness." Mesa Fitness allows us to offer the senior population the opportunity to regain and maintain their health while minimizing risk of injury. Mesa Fitness is an instructor led program that is structured around your fitness level and health concerns. After our physical therapists design a plan specific to you, your instructor will make sure you have the accountability you need and are comfortable making progress at your own pace.

At Mesa Physical Therapy we treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries and conditions by using a gentle hands-on treatment approach that will help relieve your pain and improve your function.

Experienced, kind, professional, and most important -- effective. MPT has helped me and my son recover from injuries that required surgery. When Mark told me that I was ready to "graduate" from my four plus months of physical therapy, I was a little bit sad. It was an amazing experience. My recovery was tough, but Mark knew how to help me not only physically but also psychologically. He motivated me to push through the pain, and he was right every step of the way. He has done the same with my son, who is soon ready to return to playing soccer after six plus months of physical therapy. We are so delighted with his recovery. Plus the office staff is great - always friendly and responsive, ready to help....especially Jaimie. Thank you!
